The partner is Little Frog Volunteer Organization. Cathy described everyday friction: fragmented activity information, manual check-in and hour tracking, and volunteer experience that is hard to carry forward.
Students begin with interviews and observation around activity publishing, registration, check-in, service hours and coordination. There is no product prototype yet; the final scope will follow real needs, student research and acceptance criteria.
